The first game takes place after the apocalypse. In the game, you'll encounter the remains of humanity: soulless corpses known as Wicked. Wicked usually roam or lie down untill something (the player) comes near. Then they'll get up and try to kill whatever that thing is.
In the start of the game, Wicked are minor enemies. Later on they're complete nuisances.

Wicked K is a bonus character appearing in both Darksiders 1 and Darksiders 2. He is a unique Wicked in that his humanity and intelligence have been preserved. He wears a top hat, carries around a gentlemen's cane, and has one of those fancy cigarrete holders in his mouth( you know, those long things with a cigarrete on the end). He also wears nearly destroyed remains of a gentlemen's suit. Wicked K speaks in an overly British accent and appears quite well mannered judging by his phrases. He also WILL kick your arse, or in his words: "Prepeare for a right royal trashing"
